Rehoming for a friend

Sokka is a 7- year old full bred German Shepherd. He weighs about 80 pounds and is not neutered. He has been an outside dog but has been brought inside in extreme cold/heat or other adverse conditions. On those occasions that he is inside, he will go to the back door when he needs to go outside.
