Lately I’ve been thankful for a lot of things. Moving my business wasn’t the easiest and i had to reset in a lot of ways. Recently, I’ve exploded with new clientele and while very busy and sometimes stressed I really couldn’t be happier as it always reminds me that I’m doing something right. Very thankful for my clients and the dogs they give me. Year 7! 😳😳😆😆😁😁

A couple things

We must have the courage to change. Without self reflection, our dogs do not have the ability to work now with the idea of success later. As a parent, it’s important to have the self-discipline to help them with this. We need to find the courage to find long term success and at times that may mean sacrificing short term happiness. It’s not a necessary trade off but sometimes it’s indeed a necessity. Sometimes it means taking your time, sometimes it means staying composed, and most times it means staying the course. Find the strength and discipline to help your loved ones through difficult times. A reminder for my clients

Dogs love consistency. It’s how they learn their world and how to act in it. It’s also a big reason why they can struggle because they’re so used to repeating the behavior when placed in the same situations over and over again. The key difference lies in ourselves and how we manage the expectation with these said situations.

If we can learn to communicate properly with our dog, we can then slow down the process and efficiently move forward with a true understanding of what we expect in that situation. With repetition and consistency, we can then transform how our dog views that situation and solidify the understanding of doing it the right way.

We, the human, are the change.
