COCONUT UPDATE: Absolutely love this one so much. Coconut came from the shelter. He was super skinny and scraggly and FIV positive when we got him. He didn't look that much better when we adopted him out, but look at him now! He is absolutely stunning and Mom says this: "It’s been little over 2 years since we adopted coconut from you and had to share an update! He is doing so good! And he loves his bull dog sister! He loves to lay on pizza boxes and it dawned on me the other day it may be because he laid on them while he was a street cat for comfort. He knocked the one in the picture off the counter so he could lay on it! lol! I hope you’re doing well and all the animals are too!" This beautiful boy looks like anything but a street cat now. Thank you to this wonderful family who adopted a skinny scraggly FIV+ adult and turned him into this!❤ (First pic with blue walls is in his foster home two years ago. His fluff potential was definitely NOT evident when they adopted him).

Hotrod adopted today by previous adopters who wanted a cat friend for Wishbone, adopted from us a couple of years ago. Hotrod will also have two doggy friends and parents who work from home, so all the attention little Hotrod could ask for! Happy life sweet girl (also this was the best picture I could get as she could not wait to get down and run around some more 😻).

Dulce was adopted yesterday and again, this home was worth the wait! She will live with three dogs who love cats, and a 14 year old cat who recently lost his brother and needs another feline friend. It will be a great blend of playtime with the dogs and then nap time with her brother. Congratulations Dulce, we know you'll love your new home 💕

Update on our sweet Filomena...

"She’s getting so settled! Her brothers are dying to meet her but we’re gonna make sure she’s fully decompressed first 😂 especially Buzz, my other adoptee from you guys. He’s the friendliest cat I’ve ever had, never afraid of other new cats. I can’t wait for them to meet, they’re gonna be best buds once she feels safe and comfortable.
She slept in the bed with me last night, and we finally got to hear her purr late last night and all day today 🥹🩷 my heart grew exponentially hearing that soft little purr that matches her soft fur and tinyness. She’s an absolute angel."

BURGLAR and CRICKET were adopted together last week. We are just now posting as we didn't get pics at the time, but this is even better. Burglar is our ornery orange kitty that was returned TWICE for various issues relating to him being aggressive and tormenting other dogs and cats in the homes, as well as not liking a toddler. His third home, and let's hope three times is the magic number, has no kids, no dogs and one very active cat that needed a friend. Burglar also loved to roughhouse, and we do mean roughhouse, with Cricket so just in case their cat wasn't up to his activity level, they took Cricket, too. First video we got was all three of them with the toy. The black kitty is their original guy and the brown tabby is Cricket. New mom says all three of them meet her at the door when she gets home (she's a teacher) and so far, so good! So here's to hoping these rowdy boys will always have a willing playmate and no need to become too ornery because they take it out on one another. Yep, those active young male kitties, especially the orange ones seemingly - Mom says Burglar is the "alpha" amongst the three - are not for the meek. Thank you to these wonderful folks who fell in love and weren't scared away by all Burglar's returns!

Trinket was adopted last week and we've already received these adorable pictures....
"They are doing amazing! We decided to name Trinket Radar since we love how big and cute his ears are, and since I’m a pilot we thought it was cute. Him and Peewee love to run around and play and then take naps next to each other after. They follow each other everywhere. He definitely is coming out of his shell and will come up to us and lay in our lap wanting all the love he can get. He really is the sweetest boy."
