We at Dog Walking Services are committed to keeping every dog in our care on a leash at all times when walking them. Our #1 priority is to ensure the safety of each dog we are entrusted to take care of. Some of the dogs we walk are leash reactive, therefore when a loose dog is running a muck, it makes for a very challenging and sometimes very scary moment when the these dogs are charging at us. Well done !!! Far too many loose dogs around and owners are allowing them to run around without any control of them. Responsible dog owners will keep their dogs on leashes at all times. So happy to see these signs!

Temps getting above 90°F. Please keep this in mind when you're taking your dogs out. Keep them in the shade as much as possible. Don't walk for extended periods of time after 9am until at least 1/2 after sundown, and protect their paw pads. Walk on grass as much as they will allow. Lastly keep fresh clean water on you to give to them.

Tillie and I need to stay in when it's super cold like today so we're working in some basic training to keep her mind active. She learned "down" in about 10 min. Treats are a great motivator!

🐶 We pet sit and walk dogs, but sometimes dogs aren't always confident walking with anyone but their owners. We have an alternative to engage their minds and bodies.
If you're wanting to change up your dog's daily exercise routine, try offering enrichment with nose work. Cut up some of your dog's favorite treats and toss all over the yard! Dogs' noses are amazing! Have them use it. This creates good mental stimulation and they'll be instantly rewarded when finding those yummy treats!
