📝 We’ve Updated Our Holiday & Cancellation Policies! 🎄🐾

At Southlake Pet Care + The Pet Divas, we're committed to giving you peace of mind—and keeping things running smoothly during the busiest times of year!

Here are a few important updates to note:

📅 Holiday Booking Fee
A one-time $25 surcharge applies to visits scheduled on major holidays (like Christmas, New Year’s, Thanksgiving, July 4th, and more).

💳 Deposits

Overnights: 50% deposit required

Bookings over $400: 30% deposit

Subscribers: Deposits are fully credited to your account

Deposits help secure your booking and ensure sitter availability!

❌ Cancellations

7+ days’ notice: Full credit

3–6 days: 50% credit

Less than 48 hours: Deposit is forfeited

🎁 Holiday Bookings
Holiday periods = 1 week before and 1 week after each major holiday.

Require a 50% deposit

14+ days’ notice: Full credit

8–13 days: 50% credit

Under 7 days or after sitter arrival: Deposit is forfeited, and the visit that we arrived to is billed.

These updates help us better prepare, staff, and serve you—especially during the most in-demand seasons. ❤️ Thank you for being part of our pet care family!

I have used Samantha/Feed Thy Dog personally for my dog's diet, and she is incredibly easy to work with.
If you are looking to get into fresh feeding, I highly recommend starting with one of her premade formulations. They're very inexpensive, and make it simple for you to be sure you are feeding a fully balanced and complete diet.
You can also rest assured, that you are helping a worthy cause in the meantime!
