In the animal rescue community, “Long-Timer” is a shelter term used to describe pets who have been waiting for adoption for six months or longer. These animals are often overlooked, but they have just as much love to give—and they’re more than ready for a fresh start.

The Paw Print is proud to partner with Apollo Support and Rescue to help give these deserving pets the visibility they need. Through our platform, we hope to raise awareness and connect these sweet souls with the loving homes they’ve been waiting for.
Every Wednesday, we’ll feature a new Long-Timer in need of a second chance. This is part of our ongoing mission to support the animal community—one paw at a time. Together, we can help empty the shelters and fill hearts with unconditional love.
