I've just been quietly building a second auction after we finished the oh so very successful Artisan auction. Thankfully people send things for the auction all the time, all throughout the year and I have just been grabbing them and photographing and loading them into a site. We already have about 75 things but of course are open to more.

The artisan auction was about 130 items and I felt like that was a good amount to have, not too much, and not too little. I have a category in this auction that are various little things that I took home from my mom's house hoping they spark someone's interest, and raise some funds for the rescue.

Anyway take a look around. If you might have something you want to donate to the rescue please reach out to Laura at [email protected] and she will get you all the info you need.

There are no restrictions on types of things, the sky is the limit, and diversity always adds lots of fun. I don't have a date yet on when this auction will begin but I would like to have it before Christmas, I have quite a few Santa's from my moms collection that I will include as well.

Let’s talk about the Heaven Hill Grain to Glass series of Bourbon.
Most difficult bottle of the set to find is the Wheated Bourbon. Lorie had this on her list of hard to find bottles and I was not finding it here in Texas. And if they did hit the shelves, they would sell out in minutes. Lorie was traveling through Arizona and she finally found it in a tiny store in Arizona, just sitting on the shelf like it was meant to be. What better match for 3 bottles of Heaven than a bottle of Paradise?

The ticket sales for this raffle will end on 9/27 we will have a Facebook live drawing held on September 28th to pull all of the winners names.
This is how it will work with the winners, when we draw names, the first name drawn will be able to pick what they want to get from the raffle. The second name picked will pick next. The third name picked will pick next, and that will continue through 10 winners.
Ricky Barnes will deliver to wherever you are as long as you’re in the continental United States, and we would encourage you that if you wanted to stop by the Sanctuary and pick up your prize in person Ricky will meet you and give you a little mini tour of the sanctuary.
