Our local golden rescue is facing a huge financial crisis with three pregnant moms being dumped. At anytime we could have more than 30 puppies. Medical per puppy costs around $1000. We’d like to help fund at least one puppy. We will start with our own donation of $350. Link below. 👇

This sweet boy is learning that the world isn’t so scary anymore. Today’s win? His handsome new blue light-up collar keeping him safe on nighttime potty breaks… and maybe making him feel a little extra loved too. 💙

Healing doesn’t happen overnight for rescue dogs.

And the last photo… our girl Kensington, just one week before she passed. She taught us that every foster deserves patience, kindness, and a chance. Joe is part of her legacy now.

Please share Joe so the right person finds him when he’s ready. The scared ones deserve forever homes too. 🐾

Hey friends. This is our rescue along with fostering in local shelters, we’ve had more dogs from Golden Retriever Rescue of North Texas than any other place. If you can’t adopt, foster, if you can’t foster, volunteer, if you can’t volunteer and can afford to, please donate. Our rescue has three pregnant moms and they are due any time. Our vet bills are insane. Thank you for all the support. Link to donate straight to the rescue in the bottom of their post. Every dime is spent on the dogs. As fosters, we provide all the food, toys, collars, etc. the rescue takes care of the vet bills. Tell them Kensington sent you. It’s always nice to know we’ve made a difference.

So far this year, GRRNT has welcomed 71 Golden Retrievers into rescue, many surrendered by families facing difficult financial hardships. In just the past week alone, we’ve taken in three pregnant Goldens and seven adult dogs who suddenly found themselves without a safe place to go.

Behind every wagging tail is a dog who deserves love, comfort, medical care, and the chance for a brighter future. From vet visits and medications to food, supplies, and foster care, the needs add up quickly — but together, we can make an incredible difference.
