Quick, hearty, and packed with flavor—this burrito is your new go-to morning fuel!

You’ll need:
• 2 farm-fresh eggs 🥚
• 1 flour tortilla
• 1/4 cup shredded cheese
• 2 tbsp salsa
• Optional: cooked bacon, sausage, or veggies 🌶️

How to make it:
1. Scramble the eggs in a hot skillet.
2. Warm the tortilla and layer on the cheese.
3. Add the scrambled eggs, salsa, and any extras.
4. Roll it up and enjoy!

🥚 Fun Facts from the Coop! 🐔

Ever look at an egg and think, “You’re amazing”? No? Just us? 😄
Here are a few egg-cellent facts to impress your breakfast guests:

✨ A hen can lay about 250–300 eggs per year. Talk about a work ethic!

🥚 Eggs come in more than just white and brown—some hens lay blue, green, or even pinkish eggs!

📦 A fresh egg will sink in water, while an older one will float—easy freshness test!

🔥 That little white stringy thing inside the egg? It’s called a chalaza, and it helps keep the yolk centered. Totally normal. Totally cool.

💪 Eggs contain all nine essential amino acids, making them a perfect protein source.

So the next time you crack open a farm-fresh egg, give a little nod of respect to the hen behind the magic. 🐓💛
