Snack was awesome today. Smoked garlic parm goldfish over brisket and rip tip chili. Also topped with sweet onions and poblanos.

Goldfish recipe:
-coat goldfish with melted beef tallow
-roll in onion powder, garlic powder and powdered parmesan cheese.
-place in trays or on parchment and smoke for one hour @ 250*
