One gallon raw milk from grass fed Jersey cows. They receive a GMO free supplement at milking time only (no corn or soy). This milk has a higher cream percentage due to the breed.

Armagh Creamery certified organic raw milk orders are open to the public. No membership needed. Must preorder by Thursday for Saturday 12-5 pickups.

This is currently our only raw milk dairy that has availability to grow. Should supply become low, priority will be given first to members then secondly to those who have ordered before.

Click “non-member items”. You’ll also see freshly milled grain cookies. These are naturally higher in protein and lower in sugar and so delicious.

Membership offers approx 100 items each week if you are truly looking for “all the things”. (Currently on a waiting list for some products but open for others.)

We are working towards a booth at the Melissa farmers market in the near future, but milk will always be pre-order only to follow current Texas laws.

Interested in a Melissa Farmer’s Market drop?

We are working towards having a consistent booth for preorders and pickups for these items:

*raw milk
*raw cheese
*heavy cream
*yogurt
*pastured eggs
*gmo-free/organic pastured eggs (as our flock grows. Currently none available.)
*McKinney Elderberry Co products

Most of the dairy must be preordered. We have relationships with multiple local dairy farms that are grass fed, give a corn and soy free supplement at milking time, low or no vax, and one farm that is a certified organic raw milk dairy. Even their yogurts have organic fruit.

For this to work, we need to be sure there is enough interest (specifically the dairy items, as our farms are far). Please let us know below what your interests are. I will be posting a preorder link this week for the Feb 15 market.
