This dog had a wonderful home until hi owner passed away this passed Christmas Eve. Hi sweet neighbor has been caring for him since then but he is now moving away to another state and can’t take Sonny with him.
Sonny is a neutered male and is up to date on all his vaccines and monthly preventions. He is great on leash, with kids, other dogs, and in a fenced yard. He is a sweet boy who just needs a new forever home after losing his person. If you are interested in Sonny please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]

Good morning from Eclectic AL where on your way to your Rescue you end up hurding cattle for one neighbor then after you let all your dogs out you end up, hurding dogs back in the other neighbor’s fence.
Gotta love the country life. I guess everybody wanted it out this morning.

Visit Blue Ribbon Dairy 7 days a week for fresh milk, sweet ice cream, playground fun, petting zoo visits, and plenty of wide open space to relax and enjoy!

Bring the kids, grab a treat, and make a day of it at the farm.

Today I had the please of meeting one of the dogs from Sylacauga that was running with a pack of wild dogs in the town. This sweet baby is maybe 15 pounds at the most. She was terrified. She was getting ready to go into her new foster home and start her journey to love and trust again. Oh sweet baby bay I hope you are a foster fail and find your loving forever home.

We have officially partnered with Sylacauga animal shelter so we can start pulling dogs from their shelter and bringing them into our Rescue where they will be fully vetted and prepared to be transported to our northern rescue partner.
We’re excited for this new partnership.

I hope to be able to save many more lives in the coming years. The more animals we can pull from that shelter and get safely to Rescue the more space they will have available for other dogs. And of course, the ultimate goal for any shelter or rescue is to save as many as you can. 

With that said say hello to Ashe, Harry, and Teddy who I met today and will be joining us at the Rescue next week.

Our Northern rescue is looking for Labs to pull from us. If you know any needing rescue please let us know. Must be part lab and look like a lab with floppy ears. No pit looking dogs for this rescue.
They provide all vetting needed and pay for transport to their fosters. Dogs would need to come through my rescue first for all vetting needs and behavioral checks. Must be dog friendly and people friendly.
