More weeding today. Ugh!! This hoe has been my best friend for many years. It belonged to my great grandfather, then my grandfather, and now it’s mine. Each of those gentlemen faithfully sharpened it, almost after each use! At some point along the way, it changed the shape to what you see here. Me, I’m not so good at the sharpening process and yet it still works perfect for me.👏😊❤️

Shed work today. Last year we bought a small window unit that didn’t work well initially and this year it has totally quit. So, we are trying a portable unit. We insulated the walls last year and this time we stuffed insulation by the attic rafters. Sure hope this works!🤞🤞🤞

Yesterday was a beautiful Friday. When I should have been chillin’ at the Pelican Cove Tiki Bar or relaxing under the new sail Chad installed, no…no sir! I was pulling weeds that I’m absolutely certain were dropped off in Florida by an alien space ship trying to rid their planet of them! Unbelievable root systems. 😂🛸👽🍷

This little lady is giving us heart attacks! She ate something too gross to list here. She’s been at the emergency vet for several hours. They made her vomit and 4 more “things” came up. She’s headed home now. Kona Pup, what the heck!!
