Due to a significant drought in our area, we had to start feeding hay on August 1st. As a result, our usual stores of winter hay have not been sufficient to get through the winter. Made a hay run yesterday to near Pittsburgh, bringing home 53 large square bales of quality hay for our girls. Got home after dark to a forecast of snow, so unloaded in the dark. The visibility while carrying bales is very limited, so Bryan works very much using "the Force" even in the best of circumstances. The fact he was able to do it last night in the dark and snow without doing any skid steer remodeling is amazing!

A set of twins for Helen! She was feeling ambitious and hid it well during her early pregnancy ultrasound. Both are doing great and she seems to be settling into the "twin mommy" life well. This is only our second set ever!
