Well counters I won't leave you hanging- Nikita had four babies. On a separate note I will say breeding is not easy and nothing went as planned. Nikita went into labor early and had two babies naturally, only one was hanging on. I took her and baby to the vet and they did a C-section for the last two puppies. I came home with three- two really struggling and they passed soon after. The last baby hung on and was a fighter but sadly did not make it either. Today we lost the final little girl and my heart is taking it hard. Nikita is well as can be- physically good just struggling to understand her babies are not here. Here's a few sweet images of when she was able to have her baby close.
