Eden got a special surprise after her individual training session yesterday: her first Mumbies | The Chews They Choose chew! Eden’s family asked for some help training Eden to walk nicer on the walk and we were happy to help with her leash manners. They also mentioned she loves grabbing sticks on walks, so the Mumbies chews are prefect way to direct her to an appropriate chew instead!

We had the pleasure of hosting Waffles from Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control on her field trip today! This sweet girl loved climbing up on the KLIMBs, stepping through the tire jumps, and flying through the tunnel! Shes ready to find her forever home!

Why do dogs do most of the things they do? Simply, they find the outcome rewarding.
Little story this morning, Kia has a chew toy Willow wants. Notice Willow has it in the photo? Well, Kia resource guards and Willow knows she can’t take it.
So what does she do? She tricks us; she stands by the door like she has to go out. I get up, asks “do you have to go potty?” and as soon as I finish the words: in comes Kia and Willow runs to the bedroom and back out with the prize!
Next time you wonder why your dog does what they do, ask yourself: what are they wanting and are they getting it?
