It is that time of year for horses and dachshunds! Again this year, Kim from Perfecta Farm will have her annual event. The Horse show ends on August 3rd and on that day winners will be announced for the raffles that will be on display during the event. All proceeds from raffles will go to MWDR! This chest pictured is one of the unique items that will be there. And yes, you are welcome to bring your dachshund! The hours on Sunday are 8-3

Foster Daisy checking in to say hi! She’s been working hard on healthy eating and exercising and has lost just over a pound. She’s even started to grow hair back on her underbelly and loves to show it off for belly rubs. ☺️

We are waiting for her to have a clean f***l before she can be adopted. Hopefully soon.

Our last new face for this weekend is Ginger. Ginger is 11 years old and is really loving exploring the new yard and snuggling on the couch. Ginger is quite overweight so we will start with bloodwork and a healthy new diet and gradually introduce more exercise.
