We’ve been lucky enough to babysit Spider-Man for over two years, and yesterday we learned from his dad that he crossed the Rainbow Bridge🌈🐾

One of the hardest parts about this job is saying goodbye. When you care for dogs over the years, they become so much more than clients. They become part of your family.

Spider-Man was such a sweet boy, and it was truly a privilege to care for him. We will miss seeing his happy face and will always cherish the memories we made with him.

Run free, sweet Spider-Man. Thank you for letting us be a small part of your life. You will never be forgotten❤️🐶

20 beagles from Ridglan Farms arrived at Alaqua yesterday! If you’re able to please consider adopting one! My late Beagle Humphrey was a former research dog and he was the best decision I ever made!!!🤍

20 beagles rescued from Ridglan Farms arrived at Alaqua Animal Refuge in Freeport, Florida on Thursday to begin a new life.

These dogs had never touched grass, seen sunlight, or known life outside a laboratory. Now, they’re finally safe and getting the fresh start they deserve.

The dogs are not available for adoption yet, but Alaqua says interest will be high once they are ready.
