RDK Labrador Retrievers We are amateur handlers who build our own retrievers from the ground up with the philosophy of teach, train, & then test.

We typically purchase, raise, and train 1 - 2 puppies to the Junior or Senior level each year.

We put a LOT of work & love into training this handsome fella! We even held onto him longer than planned because we enjoyed watching him progress so much. So, it was bitter sweet to tell him goodbye today as he heads off on his next adventure. It's always a privilege to train a nice one 👋 Bye Howie man, we know you'll do great!

Howie is Montana bound at the end of this month, we have really enjoyed our time with this dog! Wishing him many years of chasing pheasants & ribbons with his new owner out on the prairies

⚠️ SALE PENDING ⚠️
Howie did an HRC style setup for the very frist time this evening. To get swimming water we had to split the marks with an angle on and off the d**e blind, which is much more than a typical seasoned/senior level blind. He worked well casting out of the suction, and worked through it with Cody the entire time. Again that blind is a tall order for a seasoned/senior dog & he did it without any collar pressure. You can see the remote laying beside the bucket when he is running the blind. He is much more than a started level dog & has all the potential to be super nice hunt test dog with continued training.
