Tiny frog, big personality! 🐸💚

This little Pixie Frog froglet is enjoying a relaxing soak while it continues to grow. It’s hard to believe that one day this tiny amphibian will become one of the largest frog species in Africa!

For now, it’s content to sit in the water and be adorable. 😊

Talk about a living masterpiece! 💚💙

This stunning panther chameleon is showing off an incredible mix of green, teal, white, and light blue colors. Every panther chameleon has its own unique pattern, and this handsome guy definitely knows how to stand out.

What’s hiding under the cork bark? 👀

Katie flipped over this cork bark tube and uncovered a thriving colony of Panda King isopods! These striking little cleanup crew members are known for their bold black-and-white pattern and playful personalities.

Isopods play an important role in bioactive habitats by helping break down waste and recycling nutrients back into the ecosystem. Plus, they’re just plain fun to watch!

Flying geckos are some of the most unique reptiles in the world! 🦎🍃

This incredible gecko is relaxing on a leaf, giving us a perfect view of its amazing body shape. The flaps of skin along its sides, legs, and tail help it glide from tree to tree in the wild, earning it the name “flying gecko.”

From tadpole to tree frog! 🐸

This Australian White’s Tree Frog tadpole has officially reached an exciting milestone—it now has all 4 legs! The next step is making the transition from life in the water to life on land.

As it gets ready to absorb the rest of its tail, we’ll place the cup into a habitat and gently tilt it so the froglet can climb out on its own when it’s ready. Nature’s transformation is pretty amazing to watch!

One of nature’s most incredible moments! 🦎🥚

This female Carpet Chameleon is hard at work digging a nesting site where she’ll carefully lay her eggs. Finding the perfect spot is important—she’ll spend hours digging, laying her clutch, and then covering everything back up before leaving the eggs to incubate on their own.

It’s amazing to watch these instinctive behaviors that have helped chameleons survive for millions of years. Every clutch is a reminder of just how fascinating these reptiles truly are!
