Hey Wings Warriors. Doing a great job raising funds. Time to share again with all your contacts.

We have had some wonderful contributions to our capital fund! Many thanks to the Scott and Shannon Beach Family Foundation, whose $2,000 grant helped get us to the $10,000 mark, upon which we received another $5,000 match from another donor! With a few other significant donations we are up to our current total of almost $28,000, which is in an investment account earning interest. Here are a few of the beautiful animals you are supporting.

Many of you know the property we lease is for sale. Wings is featured on the front page of the Ravalli Republic today talking about our Go Fund Me and our Capital Fund to raise a downpayment to try to purchase this parcel.

I want to let everyone know about the current property owners. They are wonderful landlords. They have a property management company that handles all their rental properties, this being one, so we dont interact with them personally very often. However, they have never interferred in our operations, allowing us to do pretty much what we please here. They have also given us multi year leases at below market rent. Way below market. They are kind and concerned about the horses when we have weather related damages. Its my understanding they simply want to divest themselves of some of their rentals, this being one. They are restructuring their retirement program due to age, as most of us do when we get to a certain point in our lives. They are good landlords. Better than any of the others I have had prior to moving here.

After the ranch they lease was put up for sale, Bitterroot equine sanctuary, the Wings Programs Inc., has started raising funds to buy the 24.5 acre property they call home.
