Today we welcomed Lucy, a disabled goose, and Tiger, a pupper, and their family.
Lucy cannot walk but he (yes, he) can swim! A little water therapy did him good, he looked happy to be swimming, which relieves his burdens. He even met some wild ducks that caught his interest.
This was the perfect place for him to get his feet wet and spread his wings, nice shallow water in a safe atmosphere.

We are currently fostering this little brown boy and the big dogs taught him to love the water already.

It still feels and looks like winter here but we're hopeful that warmer weather is in the near future!
