What does a successful Day Camp look like?

It’s not perfectly posed photos. It’s this. 🐾

Four dogs, four completely different personalities, all sharing the same space, making good choices, and enjoying the day together.

Fiona, Cleo, Lila, and Charlie spent their afternoon doing what dogs do best—exploring, socializing, and enjoying some freedom with friends. No one, well actually, all of them were trying to be the center of attention. But no drama. Just a happy, balanced pack enjoying a beautiful day.

These moments are easy to overlook, but they’re exactly what we’re working toward. Calm dogs. Confident dogs. Social dogs.

And every now and then, they line up perfectly for a photo while they’re at it. ❤️

Friends come in all sizes. 🐾

Sometimes they’re the same age, the same breed, and have the same play style. Other times… one is a tiny fluff ball and the other is a full-sized Doberman who somehow doesn’t mind being used as furniture. 😂

Simcha and Whiskey are proof that dogs don’t care about labels or size differences. If they trust you, you’re family.

It’s one of our favorite things about Day Camp—watching unlikely friendships form and seeing every pup find their place in the pack.

We may never know how Simcha convinced Whiskey that this was a comfortable arrangement, but judging by the look on Whiskey’s face… he’s accepted his fate. ❤️🐶

People think Charlie spends all of his time working… and they’re absolutely right. 😂🐾

Even a night at the Columbus Clippers game turns into a training opportunity. Crowds, cheering fans, the smell of ballpark food, kids running around, and somehow… a perfectly balanced hot dog on his head. 🌭⚾

Public outings like these help build the calm, confident dogs we all want by our side. It’s proof that training isn’t just about commands—it’s about learning to exist comfortably in the real world, no matter what distractions come your way.

So here’s a little throwback to last month’s ballgame, where Charlie once again proved he’s a true professional… and that he deserves a spot in the Hot Dog Hall of Fame. 🏆🐶

Some dogs are built for the couch. Others are built for adventure. 🐾☀️

Whiskey and Charlie spent the day doing what they love most—exploring, soaking up the sunshine, and keeping an eye on the water together. Whether it's a structured walk, a training outing, or just taking in the world side by side, these moments build confidence and strengthen the bond between dogs and their people.

Plus... can we talk about those smiles? 😄

Kenny and Simcha spent the day doing what dogs do best—chasing, playing, and making each other smile. While Kenny brings the "big brother" energy, Simcha is more than happy to keep him on his toes!

Moments like these are what Doggy Day Camp is all about. Building confidence, learning social skills, burning off energy, and, of course, making best friends along the way. 🐶✨

Okay, we’ll admit it (again)… we’ve been slacking on our social media updates. 😅

Between Day Camp adventures, training sessions, boarding guests, and everything else that comes with caring for your pups, posting has unfortunately taken a back seat. But honestly, that’s no excuse when we get to spend our days with so many adorable, hardworking dogs that deserve their moment in the spotlight!

So consider this our mid-year resolution: more photos, more videos, more updates, and more of the amazing pups that make My Pup’s Friend what it is. 🐾❤️

Whether they’re learning new skills, making friends at Day Camp, exploring parks, or simply being their goofy selves, we want to share those moments with you.
