Sidney
Bonded with Glen
** In order to adopt a kitten from HSMC, you must live within an hour of the shelter. You will initially "foster to adopt" the kitten and then the adoption will be finalized when they are brought back for their spay/neuter surgery. You will need to bring the kitten back for vaccines and exams prior to their spay/neuter surgery**
This adorable little girl is the sweet as can be, Sidney. Sidney and her siblings were found as tiny stray kittens, and thankfully taken in by one of our wonderful foster families. Sidney has an estimated birthdate of 5/26/25, so she's about 11 weeks old. Sidney is a the only girl in her litter, and has three awesome brothers who look out for her. Sidney and her siblings all needed a little help with their eyes when they came to us, so you may notice some squinty eyes in their photos. Their foster mom has taken great care of them and has done a great job getting their eyes healed up! This cute crew loves nothing more than to wrestle around and play together and then take a much deserved cat nap. Sidney's foster mom says that it's a must that she be adopted with a brother as she's very bonded with them and cries if she is left alone and doesn't see any of them. Glen is her favorite brother but, they all LOVE her, and kittens adopted in pairs do so much better than single kittens. No one can play with a kitten the same way that another kitten can, plus you save two lives instead of one! Single Kitten Syndrome is a real thing, and it isn't pretty! This cute crew has older foster brother dogs and cats in their foster home, and their foster mom says that he does great with them. Being so young, these littles are really adaptable and would do great in just about any home, where their are resident cats and dogs. Just remember that slow and proper introductions are important. Would you like to meet the sweet as can be, Sidney and Glen or Cinder or Marbles? If so, please complete an application and schedule a meet and greet. Remember that this sweet group of kittens reside in a foster home, and not at the shelter, so a meet and greet must be scheduled.
