Join the Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center on Sunday, December 10th, 2023 for a fun afternoon of Holiday (dog) cookie decorating and meet some adorable and adoptable dogs while you are here.

We'll have pre-made dog cookies waiting for you in our community room, along with all the necessary cookie decorating supplies and toppings.
