One of my goals as a breeder is to continue making informed decisions that improve the quality, health, and longevity of the dogs I produce. Thatā€™s why Iā€™m excited to offer a couple of rebate programs for Ironbound puppy owners.

šŸ¾ Title Your Ironbound Puppy = Earn Money Back
Owners who earn an official title with their Ironbound dog can receive a rebate on their puppy purchase price. Whether itā€™s in obedience, rally, scent work, protection sports, herding, agility, or another venue, every title helps demonstrate the abilities, temperament, trainability, and working characteristics being produced.

šŸ¾ Complete OFA Health Testing = Earn $50 Back
Owners who complete and submit official OFA health testing on their Ironbound dog will receive a $50 rebate. This applies even if you have absolutely no intention of breeding your dog.

Why does this matter?

Every title and every health test provides valuable information that helps guide future breeding decisions. Health testing gives us a clearer picture of what weā€™re producing across generations, while titles help evaluate working ability, structure, temperament, and trainability in real-world environments.

Just as importantly, this information benefits the breed as a whole. The more data we have available, the better breeders can make informed decisions that protect and improve future generations of dogs.

You donā€™t have to become a breeder to contribute to the future of the breed. By titling and health testing your Ironbound dog, youā€™re helping build a stronger foundation for the generations that come after themā€”and earning a little money back in the process.

One of the most frustrating parts of being a breeder is trying to get updates from puppy owners.

Breeders talk about this behind the scenes constantly.

I WANT the pictures.
I WANT the videos.
I WANT to see how my production is maturing as they age.

Thatā€™s how you learn as a breeder.

It helps me evaluate structure, drives, nerves, environmental stability, trainability, health, and temperament as these dogs develop. It helps me see what crosses are producing consistency and where improvements still need to be made.

But honestlyā€¦ it goes beyond breeding programs.

It tells me what kind of life my dogs are living.

Are they being trained?
Are they mentally fulfilled?
Are they being included as part of the family?
Are they actually being given the opportunity to become what theyā€™re capable of becoming?

When I have to repeatedly chase someone down for updates, pictures, or even basic communicationā€¦ yeah, I start wondering if I made the right placement decision.

On the flip side, when owners consistently keep me involved, send quality pictures/videos, show training progress, show outings, show accomplishments ā€” that means something to me.

That tells me the dog ended up exactly where it was supposed to be.

And for the people who someday want to become breeders themselvesā€¦ understand this:

Your dogs do not market themselves.
Your bloodline does not magically become known overnight.

This takes effort.

If you arenā€™t willing to spend a few minutes taking good pictures, posting training clips, documenting progress, showing structure, temperament, confidence, obedience, sport work, or even just daily life with your dogā€¦ then what are you really building?

These dogs deserve effort.
The breed deserves effort.
And the breeders trying to preserve strong, stable, capable German Shepherds deserve communication too.

Iā€™m extremely thankful for the owners who make the effort to keep me updated and allow me to watch these dogs mature into everything we hoped theyā€™d become.

Thatā€™s what makes all the sleepless nights, stress, planning, and work worth it.

We are excited to officially confirm that Valkyrie is pregnant! šŸ–¤

This litter has been highly anticipated, and we are incredibly excited about what Valkyrie and Knox are expected to produce together. Based on the consistency, temperament, structure, and overall quality seen in Valkyrieā€™s first litter, we expect demand for this breeding to move quickly once puppies arrive.

For those who are new to how we operate our program, we want to reiterate our reservation policy clearly:

āž”ļø Joining the waiting list does NOT require a deposit.
āž”ļø Deposits are ONLY accepted after pregnancy has been officially confirmed.
āž”ļø This allows families to reserve confidently without committing funds before confirmation.

Valkyrieā€™s first litter exceeded every expectation we had. After the puppies were posted publicly on social media, every reservation spot was claimed within just TWO HOURS ā€” with only the final two spots remaining shortly after. The level of interest and support for her offspring has honestly been incredible to witness.

If you are seriously considering this litter, we strongly encourage joining the waiting list sooner rather than later.
