She was a very special dog! A great show dog, Register of Merit Outstanding Producer Excellent, twice Top Brood Bitch All Titles, dam of Maxine's Amy, Kathy's Starry, my late Angie, Frank's late Zoe, Lynn and my late Pearl, Eileen's late Rider, the miracle boys: Radar, Zeke, R***r, and Cody, and many, many beloved pets.

After her third litter, she retired to be top dog at the Waters-Buttke house. That was such a long time ago! Dave and I will always be grateful to Judith, Tom, Sasha and Carl for loving Winnie as much as she loved them.

She had a long rich life! We'll miss her.

Sunday was the first time I have ever seen Scarlett not thrilled to be at a dog show. She was actually reluctant to come out of her crate into the rain, but once out, she showed like a trooper. What a fun little girl she is!

So proud of new champion Northaven's Gone with the Wind, "Rhett," co-owned and owner handled by Bob Pollard. Rhett was BOW at Spaniel Club today! Also proud of Chance, GCH Northaven SandsCape Chances Are, co-owned and co-bred by Nichole Dooley Bunch and handled by Howie Huber, AOM.

Great weekend for Scarlett! She was BOW and New Champion on Saturday at W. Springfield and BOS today for her first GCH points. Congratulations also to new GCH Dreamer, Tripp for a great breed win Saturday in tough competition, Levi - first points, first major - and all the other winners.
