Hello everyone. We are back open and ready to make some pups pretty!🐾☺️
PLEASE INITIAL WHEN READ
*So I know it’s being seen!*
Here are a few friendly reminders to help me to run smoother that I’ve been meaning to re address.🩷
#1 Please be sure to confirm or cancel when you receive my confirmation 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. I’ve never felt the need to uphold the agreement and charge %50 of the appointment cost for cancelling last minute but I also can’t always fill those spots so quickly and I have a business I have to keep up. Though I do understand most of the time , some things you cannot control but please try to book for a for sure time and day that will work best for you.🐾
#2 At least once a day I’m having to text a previous client/stop to please send their payment -while the agreement states all of payment is due at the time of scheduled appointment times. Meaning the invoice is to be paid between the time that I’m arriving to the time I’m pulling out of your driveway.
This makes it so much easier on me to not have to contact you for payment after the fact. Please try have your payment methods ready. We take everything but check. 🐾
#3 If your pup knowingly has fleas, and ticks please please book for the end of the day or let me know ahead of time so I can put you at the end of the day. That way I am not cancelling appointments that were booked for the rest of the day just to go home and flea bomb & disinfect the entire mobile unit on top of having to push my other clients for their pets protection. 🐾
#4 If your pup has any type of aggression or anxiety issues that you know of, it would be much easier if you’d let me know ahead of time just so I know how to physically approach them. Some need extra time slots , which I am willing to work with. The problem I’m having is worrying about being late to my next and not having enough time to finish at the pups pace.🐾
#5 Same goes for matted pups. If your pup is matted please let me know ahead of time that way I can book a bigger slot, because most of the time it’s a lengthier process.
