In 2012, I started ๐๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฏ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐จ ๐๐ณ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ with a simple goal: helping dogs and their people build better relationships through training, education, and understanding. At the time, I never could have imagined how much that small business would grow or the incredible community that would form around it.โฃโฃ

For nearly a decade, the business focused primarily on training. Then, in 2022, we took a leap of faith and expanded into boarding, daycare, and even more services. That expansion marked the beginning of a new chapterโnot only for the business, but for our family as well. It was also when my husband, Mick, officially became co-owner.โฃโฃ

While many people know me as the face of Meraki, the truth is that none of what we've built would be possible without Mick. Behind every renovation project, every improvement, every late-night repair, every kennel built, every wall painted, every piece of equipment moved, and every dream brought to life has been his unwavering support, hard work, and dedication. Together, we've poured countless hours, resources, and heart into building something we hope our community can be proud of.โฃโฃ

Over the years, we've evolved from ๐๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฏ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐จ ๐๐ณ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ to ๐๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฏ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐จ ๐๐ฆ๐ด๐ฐ๐ณ๐ต & ๐๐ณ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ, and now to ๐๐ฆ๐ณ๐ข๐ฌ๐ช ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ. Our vision is to continue transforming our downtown Cochranton facility into a destination for dog owners throughout our region. This project includes new flooring, retail space improvements, training center enhancements, interior construction, and storefront restoration that will allow us to better serve both current and future clients.โฃโฃ

One of the most exciting parts of this expansion is the creation of the ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ค๐ข ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ซ๐ค๐๐ญโa carefully curated retail space focused on quality nutrition, enrichment products, training tools, and unique pet supplies that are often difficult to find locally. We want to create a place where pet owners can find trusted products while receiving knowledgeable guidance from people who genuinely care about their pets.โฃโฃ
