Because of the time needed daily to get rooms cleaned and sanitized, we are going to limit public viewing hours to be from 4:00 to 6:00 every day. (Closed Tuesday) We will change this once the downstairs is finished and have more public times available. Thank you for understanding!

Even when we are full, there are some cases you can't say no to. These sweet little babies were found in a roll off container full of old roofing materials at the dump by an employee. I really hope that the mother put them there thinking it was a safe space and it wasn't done by a person. If it was a person that put them in there, I hope karma finds you and you get everything you deserve.
They are now bathed, warmed, fed, and started on antibiotics because the little girl has a respiratory infection. Please consider a donation to help with their care and with the care of all the other babies that we have with us now

Does anyone happen to have an oxygen concentrator that is no longer being used? It would be very helpful to have with small babies in the incubator or for preemies with underdeveloped lungs. I thought I would ask before I spend the money to buy one

The veterinary visit has been paid in full, but unfortunately, our funds are now running low. We're grateful for the vet's kindness in providing additional services at no extra charge. Our little one with the injured eye tolerated the surgery well and is now recovering peacefully from the anesthesia. The new older cat is getting treatment for ear mites and an upper respiratory infection, which should ensure a speedy recovery. We're also treating the other new rescues for similar infections. Any donations would be welcome to help cover our veterinary costs.

Kitten season round 2. I am full but I can't turn away sick and injured babies, so tonight we took in a little girl who has such a bad respiratory infection that her eye has burst and a litter of 4 kittens that are a day old and two of them have shriveled broken legs because the umbilical cord was wrapped around them. Our vet is coming tomorrow to work on all of them so we desperately need donations to pay for their care. Anything you can spare will help, even if it is only $5! I swear they know where to go! This mama cat has shown up in our parking lot with her baby so now I am spending my evening trying to catch strays. I'm really hoping someone didn't just dump them here because Main Street is busy and cars don't slow down
*edit, mama and baby are both successfully trapped and inside and they are very unhappy about it but they are safe now!

A big shout out to Purina for sending us 6 coupons for free full sized bags of cat food and litter and to Nathalie Junte League for getting that set up for us! It is such a huge help to be able to get the high quality food to add in to the cats' diets every day. Thank you so much
