📚 PUG TRIVIA TIME:
🌀 A group of Pugs is called a “Grumble” (yes, really!)
🔍 In 1740, a secret society called the Order of the Pug was created by Catholics who were banned from becoming Freemasons.
They picked the Pug as their symbol for loyalty and trust.
🐶 To join? You had to wear a dog collar and scratch at the door! 😆
👑 Pugs were originally bred as lap dogs for Chinese emperors — royalty only!
Their forehead wrinkles resembled the Chinese character for “prince,” making them symbols of good luck 🍀
📜 Pugs are one of the oldest dog breeds, with roots tracing all the way back to the Shang Dynasty (1600–1046 B.C.).
📏 Fully grown, pugs stand 10–12 inches tall and weigh 14–20 pounds.
