We're thrilled to share that Embrace Rescue and Forever Friends Foundation have teamed up to save a beautiful feline family in need! 💕 This kind of partnership is what rescue work is all about.

These sweet kitties now have a second chance at life because two rescues chose to work together instead of apart. We believe in community — because when rescues unite, we can save more lives and make a bigger impact. 🐱✨

Cleveland / Northeast Ohio friends—our sweet, long-haired mama cat and her three 4-week-old babies need a cozy, safe place to land this Friday. 🐾💕

What we provide:
• Food, litter, supplies, and all medical care
• 24/7 support from Embrace Rescue (yes, you can text me at 2 a.m.!)

What you provide:
• A quiet room for mama to relax and nurse
• Daily TLC and basic cleaning
• Updates and photos so we can find their forever families

♥ Charlie update!♥
Doctor believes that he may have been stuck somewhere for a period of time and that's why his legs tend to go straight down his sides. They work. He has feeling. He can move then and spread his little toe beans. He just needs to learn how to actually use them in conjunction with the back legs. We are doing physical therapy at home. If he's not improving by next week, he'll go see the specialist.

Meet Jamison - the fearless sidekick and bodyguard to our sweet disabled boy, Mister. 🐾 On the streets, Jamison took his job seriously, always watching out and making sure Mister was safe. He was loyal, protective, and truly a hero in his own right.

But now? Now Jamison finally gets to let his guard down and just be a cat! He’s a tad on the crazy side (in the best way possible 😆) - full of energy, personality, and plenty of hilarious antics.

From guardian to goofball, Jamison is soaking up the love he’s always deserved. 💜

Urgent Update! 🐾

Late last night, I received an urgent call about this courageous little boy who’s overcoming amazing obstacles. He’s about a month old, cannot use his front legs. His momma dropped him off on a kind lady’s porch. She’s named him Charlie after someone very special to her.

💖 We’re on our way to Greystone Veterinary Hospital + Urgent Care to get him assessed. We’ll keep you all posted on how things go!

A brave momma cat and her four kittens have been surviving on the roof of a home in Huntington, WV. Tragically, one of the kittens recently fell and is now suffering from neuropathy. 💔 Thankfully, a kind-hearted rescuer is on the way to pick them all up.

The injured kitten will be coming to me in Parma, OH for care and treatment. But we need urgent help with the rest of this little family!

We're looking for a foster home for Mom and her three remaining kittens. They are all friendly, long-haired sweethearts who just need a safe, loving place to land.

*Hello everyone, I'm Charity — the founder of Embrace Rescue.*

While I’m usually working quietly behind the scenes, I’ll now be the primary face of the rescue moving forward. Due to recent changes, Dawn has officially stepped away from Embrace Rescue.

In light of this transition, I’m currently in the process of updating and reorganizing our social media presence. This includes launching a brand-new Instagram account and starting fresh on TikTok, as the previous account is no longer accessible to me. I’ll be sharing those new links as soon as they’re live—stay tuned!

As always, the heart of Embrace Rescue lies in our ability to care for cats in need, especially those requiring hospice or critical care. Many of the cats I take in are long-term residents due to their unique needs, and our ability to save lives depends entirely on the fosters and volunteers who step up to help.

With that in mind, I’m actively seeking foster homes and volunteer board members. If you're passionate about helping cats in need and want to be part of a meaningful mission, I’d love to hear from you.

My ultimate goal is to rebuild and maintain a strong, positive presence in the rescue community. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to what’s ahead for Embrace Rescue.
