Here’s a great local recommendation!

The Rockin HB will be offering kids lessons starting mid March! Josh has been mentoring with Helge for two years now and will be our new kids instructor. Lessons are on our horses. Cost is $50 an hour. Call or text Holly at 937-477-7738 to book.

As the storm gets ready to roll in, I think of all the prep work that we’ve done for the past week to make sure everything we need at the farm is in place. Just when you think you’ve crossed all your T’s and dotted all your I’s, you think of something else.
The trucks, generators & tractor have fuel, the horses have heated buckets & plenty of grain, and their owners have brought in all their needed supplements, blankets & treats.
Please don’t forget to check on your neighbors, young & old. If you don’t know them, this would be a great time to introduce yourself. Do they have a way to get to the grocery store? Do they have the money to buy what they need? Remember to take care of each other.
Be safe everyone! Remember to try to find the fun & beauty in this snow storm! 🫶🏼
