LOVE volunteering at the Make-A-Wish WNY Food Truck Night fundraiser at Samuel’s Grande Manor 💙 This was my third year volunteering, and it truly is such a gift to meet so many incredible families and make a little magic as the Snow Queen. ❄️✨

Huge shoutout to Deke the Balloon Boy for the most perfect balloon snowflake! 🤍 And I loved spending time with sweet Lucky from Opens Arms Rescue of WNY , who is currently looking for his forever home. 🐾

So grateful to have met so many amazing kiddos and to be a small part of such a special night. 💫

Thinking about magical moments today and I thought of this one where a mother felt compelled to share her story 🥹🩷✨

“My cousin had a Barbie themed birthday party for her daughters and she came dressed as Barbie. My daughter is so shy and is often in the background watching other kids. My daughter didn’t want to join in on the read aloud, or the group dancing with polite encouragement to join. My daughter was sitting with me doing her make up at the make up station and Barbie came over and asked if she could do her make up. My daughters face lit up with pure happiness. The fact that she noticed my daughter even though she’s more of a people watcher and in the background and still made sure to take the time to give her a memory with Barbie meant so much to my daughter and I. It’s all she could talk about the rest of the day. She said this morning when she woke up she dreamt Barbie was at our house and how much she loves Barbie. It’s people like her who are so thoughtful and inclusive of all children that just make going to parties and creating these beautiful memories so magical. 💖🫶🏼“
