Our ‘April Showers Bring May Flowers’ babies are three weeks old tomorrow… and they already feel so much bigger than those fresh newborn babies. 🥹🐾 Our little boys didn’t care to stay awake for photos.

This past week brought some of the sweetest milestones yet:

• Eyes are open and taking in the world
• Tiny ears are almost fully open
• Wobbly little legs are turning into first “puppy stampedes” whenever Willow enters the box 🤍
• They’re becoming so much more aware of their surroundings and each other

Most of the day is still spent sleeping and growing… but in between naps, their little personalities are officially starting to wake up. And honestly? This is when the magic really begins. ✨

ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) is a series of gentle exercises done during the first few weeks of life to help support a puppy’s development. 🐾

These tiny daily exercises are believed to help puppies become more resilient, adaptable, confident, and better able to handle stress as they grow. It’s just one of the many intentional things we do here at Canaan Ridge Doodles to help raise calm, well-rounded family companions from the very beginning. 💛

The kisses at the end? Not technically part of the training… but absolutely mandatory around here. 💋🐶💕

While everyone else is focused on just the puppies, I’m over here making sure Willow knows she’s still our baby too. 🤍

The brushing, the extra snuggles, the belly rubs, the quiet moments away from the chaos… because around here, our dogs aren’t “just dogs.” They’re beloved best friends, family members, and hearts of our home.

And honestly? She deserves every second of it after raising six tiny milk monsters. 🐶🍼
