Help Us Give Fester the Life He Deserves (Name change pending - We still need votes!)

Some dogs are born into safety.
Some are born into love.
And some… like Fester… are born into survival.

Fester came to Cleo’s Legacy with a bullet lodged inside his body, painful abscesses, and injuries that told a story no dog should ever have to live. At first we feared he would lose a leg. We later discovered wounds consistent with a brutal crop job or even possible dog fighting. We may never know everything he endured, but we do know one thing.

This boy has survived things that break dogs.

Now it is our turn to fight for him.

For the next 30 days, we are raising funds to get Fester into professional trauma based behavioral modification training with Dog Wizard, one of the most respected training programs in our region.

This training is not just obedience. It is designed for dogs who carry deep trauma, fear, and survival instincts from abuse and neglect. It gives dogs like Fester the chance to learn how to feel safe in the world again.

We are also incredibly grateful that The Dog Wizard is sponsoring the catering for our upcoming Canine Mind Unleashed event, and their amazing trainer David will be there teaching and educating our community about real dog behavior and rehabilitation. They believe in what we are doing, and they believe in Fester.

Fester is not broken.
He is an overcomer.
