Your pet is a part of your family, and when you aren’t able to be with them, you want to be sure the people you are entrusting them to have the same high standard of care. Welcome to Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa. Our mission is to provide an affordable and comfortable retreat for your pet while we are providing peace of mind for you.
Red Dog is a family owned and operated full-service pet care company. While we are not a big corporation, we are focused on growth and opening new locations, where we can continue to provide the very best in pet care. The “Red Dog” brand began in 2007 with the opening of our flagship location in the Greater Cincinnati area.
The Schneider Family, created the brand with the goal of offering five-star service to all furry family members. This includes overnight accommodations, upgraded private suites with music, TVs, as well as villas offering outdoor patios, and larger “family” accommodations. Our doggie daycare program gives dogs a fun, friendly and safe environment to play every day. Pet guests enjoy separate play areas, with activities directed by our Pet Care Specialists. Dogs are selected to daycare groups based on their size, temperament and play style to ensure the best experience for all our pet guests. We also offer options for dogs who do not enjoy socializing for other pups. Our Day Stay program is an alternative option for pet guests that are not a good match for Daycare, specifically for dogs over six months of age that are not neutered or spayed or for those that do not pass the Daycare Evaluation. Red Dog’s goal is to always provide a safe environment and an excellent experience for all of our pet guests.
In addition to delivering the best in pet care services, we focus on excellence in cleanliness and the health of all pets. Red Dog offers individualized a la carte options to allow our clients to customize their pet’s experience while staying with us at our resort. We know how important it is for our pet guests to have a fun, happy experience as well as stay healthy during their visit. Additionally, each resort is staffed 24 hours a day, unlike other kennels and veterinary clinics that offer overnight accommodations.
