I'm so excited! With the help of 7th Heaven Rabbitry we put together my first meat breeding trio for a lady.
I feel like a real breeder now that my kits are making such great improvement from their parents. They are a huge improvement from my kits last year too! Yay new buck 🥰

I won't be selling chins this year more than likely as I'll be keeping any keepers to bring on next season and I've got 3 does (my best does) ageing out this winter more than likely.

So far I've got 3 out of the 5 chins (who are 9 weeks) that I'll be keeping my eyes on over the next few weeks/months. I won't lie having 6+ decent kits out of 16 is such a big improvement from last year, where I had 2 out of 16.

If you are hoping to get a rabbit or three from me this year hurry up and let me know, as I will only have a few available every month or so from here till October probably.

We only got 1 fall off per doe, and we tried to get more but it just wasn't happening.

But here in about 30ish days we will hopefully be seeing some more Rex Chin rabbits running around. I'm so excited.

Guys! I got my Chinchilla buck!!!! Seriously you have no idea how happy this makes me.

Let's welcome to the farm my two new does.
They don't have names yet, but they are a mother and daughter. They will be the backbone of my new Rex Chinchilla project.
We know mom is a Chin or a Chin carrier and believe her daughter will carry the Chin gene as well.
I am so excited I was able to find these big girls here in state!!
