The best reason to Crate Train your dog? Safety ❣️🐾❣️🐾
Especially if you go on vacation... So you want to go on vacation and you find a great dog friendly vacation rental, but if your dog isn't crate trained, one of three things can happen. 1. You get really, really lucky and your dog is fine. This is what most people think is going to happen. 2. Your dog panics when you go to the beach and finds an escape maybe through a window with an air conditioner or chews through a door, or digs under a fence! 3. The worst thing imaginable can happen...if you put an untrained dog into a strange crate in a strange vacation rental and you go off for a few hours - your dog tries to break out of the crate and injures itself. This can even end in death!

As Pony Penning week comes to an end I just want to say, "Thank you to everyone who volunteered, who threw their trash into a trash can and not on the ground, who went the speed limit, who rode their bike following the rules of the road, who tipped their wait staff generously, who said please and thank you, and who treated Chincoteague Island with the grace and respect she deserves ❣️To you I say you're welcome back anytime 😘😍😘
