We schedule our time and requests as close to a T as possible. It is a disappointment when you, the buyer, realize that last minute and drop out. Out of 25 reviews, that number dropped to 21 after my attempted review post, which still hasn't cleared. Only 3 reviews are not for a paid/free product in exchange for a positive review. So this is my warning for anyone who thinks this is a great item!

Awful! Junk! Do not purchase!

I had a hatchling just born; the fan then shorted out and started smoking. I lost just about all hatchlings (10 to 12). We were able to save 2 that struggled through the recovery process. Upon looking things over, I saw a zip tie that was placed around the heating elements, which you cannot access without dismantling it. Another piece was not properly placed. No, it wasn't due to shipping; the boxes were in perfect shape. My whole kitchen smells like burnt plastic, and if we were not home, my house would have burned down!
