Cucumber, lemongrass, mint, and citrus

Warm Pan de Calabaza
Homemade pumpkin bread with whipped herb butter and smoked sea salt

Flor de Calabaza Rellena
Zucchini blossoms stuffed with local goat cheese, fresh herbs, and ricotta, served over roasted pepper coulis with basil pesto

Ensalada del Huerto
Kale, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, edible flowers, pickled onions, avocado, toasted pepitas, and a passion fruit vinaigrette

Pollo a la Brasa con Naranja Agria
Citrus-marinated grilled chicken finished with thyme, garlic, and charred lemon

Vegetales del Huerto Asados
Seasonal roasted vegetables with herb chimichurri, grilled eggplant, squash, peppers, and tomatoes served over coconut-herb rice
