Hey everyone! 🤍

I just wanted to hop on here and apologize for being a little quiet lately. Life has definitely been keeping me busy.

Between opening my boutique, Coastal Kenz, coastalkenz.com and having my first back procedure on Friday, I’ve been trying to balance everything while also giving my body the time it needs to heal.

Something many of you probably don’t know is that I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain for quite some time. There have been so many days where I couldn’t stand up straight, long dog walks were incredibly painful, and sometimes I’d have to pause between visits just to catch my breath and let my back settle before heading to the next one.

Even on those hard days, I’ve always made it a priority to show up and give 100% to every single pet in my care. Some days haven’t been easy, I won’t pretend they have been, but your pets deserve the very best from me, and that’s exactly what I’ve always tried to give them.

Thankfully, the procedure has already given me some relief, and I’m so hopeful it continues to help. I’m taking things a little easier while I recover, but I’m still here and doing everything I can. If this treatment doesn’t provide lasting relief, surgery may be something I have to consider in the future. That’s a possibility I’m hoping I won’t have to face, but for now I’m staying positive and taking it one step at a time.

I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your patience, support, and trust. It truly means more than you’ll ever know. Thank you for allowing me to care for your babies and for supporting my small business through every season. I can’t wait to continue sharing all of our adventures together. 🐾💗
