⚠️ Update: this dog has been SURRENDERED to a shelter. The person who found this dog states: "He is at Chesapeake Animal Control on a 10-day hold."

Description: I believe he's a Yorkshire Terrier, had a harness on. He may have been out for a while--dirty, matted, skin and bones. Chesapeake Anima Control already has him. I did bring him inside out of the heat, gave him water, food, and a bath before they picked him up.
