I can't believe this happened!!
Such a proud and honorable moment in my career!

This doodle came to me several years ago. His pawrents were worried they’d never find a groomer who could work with him because of his aggression and history of being kicked out of other salons.

When he first walked through my door, I couldn’t even touch him, especially around his parents. But they followed my instructions and trusted me, and after many stressful yet consistent sessions, he began to trust me too.

Over time, we’ve continued to bond at each appointment, and he’s grown more and more comfortable. He still has his moments, so I always read his energy and know when it’s time to take a break.

At his last appointment, we gave him a short cut for the rest of summer, and he left feeling so good! So good that, even with his mom there, HE FULLY LET ME TOUCH HIM! And not just touch… LOVE! 💞

I’m ecstatic we’ve reached this milestone. It goes to show that with time, consistency, passion, and patience, you can make a huge difference in a dog’s life.

If the pavement is scorching or it's uncomfortable for you, it's dangerous for them. Avoid walking your dogs during peak heat hours — early morning or late evening is safest. Keep them cool, hydrated, and indoors. 🌡️❤️
