🌟 Exciting News for Lizzie! 🌟

Our sweet Lizzie is headed off next week to an amazing 3-week board & train program with our trusted friend Heather at Next Door K9 Solutions in Charlotte, NC! 🐾

Lizzie’s story is one of resilience. When she first arrived at the Columbia SC city shelter, she had a gaping wound through her abdomen. Thanks to wonderful veterinary care and her loving foster parents, she healed beautifully. Then she faced the challenge of heartworm treatment—and came out stronger than ever. 💪❤️

Now that Lizzie is healthy and off activity restrictions, it’s time to focus on her mental and emotional wellbeing. She has shown some reactivity toward men and other dogs, but with patience and guidance she’s already made great progress. This program will give her the structured training she needs to build confidence, refine her manners, and shine as the incredible dog we know she is. ✨

At Next Door K9, Lizzie will work on:
✔️ Basic obedience
✔️ Building confidence
✔️ General manners
✔️ Socialization with other dogs

We believe this program will be the final step before she finds her forever family—and we can’t wait to see her blossom!

Lizzie is a gorgeous, loving girl with a goofy, affectionate personality once she trusts you. She adores her people, loves to play, and has been such a brave fighter through every challenge life has thrown her way. She’s dog-selective, but with proper introductions she’s done well, and she continues to learn.

🎉 Double the joy, double the love! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that both Jack & Jill have found their forever homes! 💕
Jack is now called Monster 🐾 and Jill is now called Yeva 🐾 — two lucky pups with brand new names, families, and lives filled with love ahead of them.

We are so blessed to have been part of their journey. From being rescued, cared for, and showered with love to now stepping into forever — it truly takes a village. 🌟

A HUGE thank you to everyone who shared their posts, donated toward their care, and cheered them on. Because of you, Jack and Jill’s happy endings became possible. 🐶💛

🚨💔 EMERGENCY FUNDS NEEDED 💔🚨

Daisy Bean Rescue is in crisis. After covering Fargo’s surgery this week, we now have ZERO dollars available to care for our dogs. We are begging—pleading—for help from our community.

Right now, we have a sweet senior dog in dire need of heartworm treatment, and countless Daisy Bean pups depending on us for food, preventatives, and the most basic care. Without funds, we cannot provide for them.

We’ve already been forced to turn away requests for community assistance, and it breaks our hearts to say “no” when we know the need is so great. These dogs have no one else but us—and us is YOU.

Today we celebrate all the incredible dogs who bring joy, love, and loyalty into our lives—and shine a spotlight on our amazing adoptables who are still waiting for their forever homes. 💛

Meet Our Adoptable Pups:

✨ Canyon – Our goofy boy who started at 37lbs in the shelter now close to 70lbs of love and affection!

✨ Lizzie – A survivor with a heart of gold! Lizzie has overcome unimaginable hurdles—healing from severe wounds and heartworm treatment. She’s headed to a board & train to build her confidence, especially around men and other dogs. Lizzie’s resilience is unmatched, and she deserves her happily ever after.

✨ Drax – Our sweet boy with a goofy side! Drax is both dog- and cat-friendly, loves to play, and would do best in a home with another pup to run and wrestle with.

✨ Ken – Part of our famous “Nate & Ken” duo, Ken is sweet, playful, and ready to bring endless love and laughs to his new family.

✨ Gunnar – Recently surrendered by his military owner, Gunnar is a loyal, wonderful companion. His foster says anyone would be lucky to call him their own.

✨ Dory – Sweet and affectionate, Dory is always ready for a cuddle session. She’s a loving girl who just wants to be someone’s best friend.

✨ Millie – Our beautiful senior lady with the soul of a youngster! Millie was abandoned at 11 years old and is currently undergoing heartworm treatment. She’s proof that age is just a number when it comes to love.
