Lily was the absolute sweetest patient! 🥰

Dr. Michaela Gruenheid, Board-Certified Surgeon, and Shelley, Veterinary Assistant, met with Lily for the first time recently at Colmar Veterinary Hospital.

Lily had been experiencing swelling and discomfort in her front paw for quite awhile. After diagnostics, it was determined that a digit (toe) amputation would be the best course of action to help her. ❤️

Her surgery couldn’t have gone better, and we’re wishing her a fast and smooth recovery. She should be feeling so much better soon!

We’re beyond thankful to have taken care of sweet Lily! 💖🐕

Dr. Michaela Gruenheid, Board-Certified Surgeon, and Shelley, her Veterinary Assistant, visited East Bradford Veterinary Hospital to perform a Bi-lateral MPL surgery on Henry. 🐾🐕

📚VetMed Fact: This surgery stabilizes the kneecap when patients like Henry suffer from a patellar luxation; a condition where the kneecap moves out of its natural position. If left untreated, the movement from the kneecap could predispose to the development of arthritis and can lead to mobility issues.

We are very happy with the outcome of his surgery! This sweet boy will feel so much better now, and we appreciate having the opportunity to participate in his care. Thank you to our friends at East Bradford! We hope to visit again very soon.

Happy healing, Henry! ❤️

Can we show some love in the comments for Riley? 😍👏

His owner, Dr. Osborn of East Bradford Veterinary Hospital, recently invited board-certified surgeon, Dr. Michaela Gruenheid and her assistant, Shelley, to perform a procedure for Riley.

He was diagnosed with a bladder mass and required a partial Cystectomy. His surgery went very well and Dr. Gruenheid was able to successfully remove the mass. Although this mass will most likely come back, Riley now has a better chance at a higher quality of life.

It was such a pleasure and we’re so thankful for the team at East Bradford for allowing us to participate in the care of such a precious and well-loved patient! ❤️

We love Riley and we’re wishing him a speedy recovery! 🐶

This pretty, lively girl wasn’t happy with a torn cruciate slowing her down, so we stepped in to help! ❤️🐶

Maycee came to see our Board-Certified Surgeon, Dr. Michaela Gruenheid and her Veterinary Assistant, Shelley, at the always wonderful Ark Animal Hospital of Chalfont for a TPLO.

📚VetMed Fact: Very similar to humans, dogs commonly suffer from injuries to the ligaments (Cranial Cruciate Ligament) and the cartilage (Meniscus) within the knee. Once these tissues are damaged, the knee becomes unstable and this leads to the development of swelling (effusion) within the joint.

Maycee was an amazing patient and her surgery couldn’t have gone better! We’ll be happy to see her getting back to her energetic self very soon. We want to extend a huge thank you to the incredible doctors and staff at Ark Animal Hospital for trusting us with your patient’s needs. 👏🎉

This beautiful Vizsla (with a frosted face!) is Remi. We had a lot of snuggles and kisses! 🥰🐾

Dr. Gruenheid, a Board-Certified Surgeon, and Shelley, a Fear Free Certified Veterinary Assistant visited Steinbach Veterinary Hospital to see Remi. He needed a TPLO procedure to help stabilize his knee joint.

🏥 VetMed Fact: Very similar to humans, dogs commonly suffer from injuries to the ligaments (Cranial Cruciate Ligament) and the cartilage (Meniscus) within the knee. Once these tissues are damaged, the knee becomes unstable and this leads to the development of swelling (effusion) within the joint. Overtime, arthritis will form, so not only will mobility be affected but the condition is painful.

Remi was the most handsome and sweet guy who did great for his procedure. We are grateful for having the opportunity to participate in his care and are wishing Remi a speedy recovery! 🐾❤️🎉

How cute is Miss Lola?

Dr. Gruenheid and her veterinary Assistant, Shelley visited this sweetie pie at Brandywine Valley Veterinary Hospital. It’s always such a pleasure going to Brandywine Valley, because the team is amazing and their hospital is beautiful! 😍

Sweet Lola had an injury to the ligament within her knee and needed a TPLO procedure to help stabilize her knee joint.

Dr. Gruenheid successfully completed this procedure, and we are grateful for having the opportunity to participate in her care. We are wishing Lola a speedy recovery! 🐾❤️🎉
