I have 4 dogs, 4 different personalities of dogs,
4 Different sets of paws following me everywhere.
Four furry best friends who don’t care about my to-do list, my schedule, or how busy I think I am.
They just want my time.
A walk.
A cuddle.
A game of fetch.
A spot beside me while I work.
(And yes… probably my snacks too.)
One thing my dogs have taught me is that life isn’t about being busy all the time.
For a while, I found myself constantly working, checking things off my list, and trying to keep up with everything. Then one day I realized something:
What’s the point of building a business if I don’t have time to enjoy the life I’m building it for?
My dogs remind me every day to slow down and appreciate the little moments. The silly zoomies, the tail wags, the quiet evenings on the couch, and the adventures we share together.
That’s one of the reasons I started Puppy Pals.
It’s not just about pet sitting or caring for animals. It’s about creating a community that celebrates the bond we have with our pets and helping pet parents feel supported when life gets busy.
Because our pets don’t care how much money we make.
They don’t care how many followers we have.
They don’t care how successful we look online.
They care that we show up.
They care that we’re present.
And honestly, I think they’re right.
So today, take the walk.
Throw the ball.
Give the extra cuddle.
Take the photo.
The dishes can wait a few minutes.
Our dogs are only part of our lives, but to them, we are their whole world. ❤️🐾
