National Dog Week is an annual observance during the last full week of September, founded in 1928 by Captain William Lewis Judy to celebrate dogs' contributions to society and promote responsible pet ownership, fair laws for dogs, and appreciation for canine companions. To observe the week, people are encouraged to focus on their dogs' needs, give back to shelters, spend quality time, and celebrate the unconditional love and joy dogs bring into our lives. 9 years ago today I adopted Joy. And Joyful Hearts Labradoodles began. A lot has happened since then we’ve had many more momas and babies who are all over the United States. We have met some of the most wonderful people. They are all so happy and love their new babies. I took on my partner Terry Rambeaut. I know that you all know this sweet angel. what a blessing she is. These have been some of the best years of my life. Me & Terry truly love each and everyone of our babies. They are all part of our family. Thank you all for your loving support.And I thank the Lord Jesus for all of his many blessings.
