Exciting Update! 🐾

We got to see our new booking software yesterday, and we’re so excited about it! It’s going to be much easier to navigate and make reservations with.

We’re planning to go live around the end of the month. During the last week before launch, we’ll send out step-by-step instructions to help everyone get set up.

Good news: All of your current reservations will transfer over automatically. You will not need to rebook any existing stays, and your account information will transfer as well.

We’re looking forward to making the booking process smoother and more user-friendly for everyone. Stay tuned for more details! 🐶🐱❤️

📣 Exciting Update at All Paws Inn! 🐾

We are currently in the process of switching from Gingr to Paw Partner to help improve your overall booking experience with us!

Don’t worry — all of your current information, reservations, pets, and vaccine records will transfer over during this process. 🖤

The transition will take approximately 4–6 weeks to fully complete. Once everything is ready, Paw Partner will send an email with a link to set up your account. All you’ll need to do is follow the link and create a new password.

We appreciate everyone’s patience while we make this transition and are excited for the improvements this will bring! 🐶🐱

Jacob and I are headed out of state for a mini vacation now through Monday!

🐾 Happy National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day! 🐾
Today we’re celebrating a very special adoption — Lori RECENTLY welcomed “Winter” into the family from the Coles County Animal Shelter 🤍

We’re so happy Winter found a loving home, and it’s a great reminder of the amazing pets waiting for a second chance right here in our community. Thank you to the shelter staff and volunteers who care for these animals every day.

🐾 Kennel Cough Information for Pet Owners 🐾

We wanted to share a friendly reminder that kennel cough is currently circulating in our community.

Kennel cough (canine infectious respiratory disease) is a common upper respiratory illness that can spread anywhere dogs gather — including boarding facilities, groomers, dog parks, veterinary clinics, and training classes.

Symptoms may include:
• A dry, honking cough
• Sneezing or nasal discharge
• Mild tiredness

Most cases are mild and clear up with simple veterinary care if needed.

💉 Vaccination Reminder:
All dogs boarding at All Paws Inn are required to be current on Bordetella (kennel cough), rabies, and distemper vaccinations. While the Bordetella vaccine helps reduce severity and risk, it does not fully prevent illness due to the different strains that circulate.

If your pup has a cough or isn’t feeling quite like themselves, we kindly ask that you let them rest at home and check in with your veterinarian before bringing them in. This helps us keep all of our guests healthy and happy.

As always, we maintain thorough cleaning protocols and monitor dogs daily. Your pet’s health and safety are very important to us.
