We are so excited to now carry Groovy Greens microgreens in-store! We are planning to keep a constant rotation for people to access in Mason City. Microgreens are a nutrient dense source of vitamins and minerals without having to eat the whole plant. They’re easy to sneak into salads, meatballs, smoothies, egg bakes, etc.! The pea shoots have a little bit of a sweet flavor and the broccoli are just a good staple. These guys stay good for up to two weeks and typically longer if you treat them right in the fridge! Stop in and grab a pack or two!
